What outft is

outft is a fashion discovery platform. We help you find and save clothing by aesthetic, then link you to the retailers who actually sell it. We are not the seller ourselves. We do not hold stock, take payments for those items, or ship anything. outft is an independent brand, founded and run in India by Lavanya Diwani.

Your account

You can make an account to save items to your Closet and set your preferences. Keep your login details safe, and remember that you are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up. You need to be at least 13 to make an account. If you are under 18, you can only use outft with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. You are always welcome to browse without an account.

Buying from retailers

When you click through to buy something, you leave outft and deal directly with that retailer. We do not control their prices, sizing, stock, quality, shipping, or returns. Any purchase is between you and them, not us. We are not responsible for anything that happens on their site or with your order.

Product information

We try to keep details like price and availability accurate, but things change and our info can fall behind. Always check the retailer's own page for the current details before you buy.

Cruelty-free tags

We tag items as cruelty-free based on what we can find out, including what the brand tells us. We cannot promise these tags are always right, so if it matters to you, please double-check with the brand.

Our content

The outft name, logo, design, and the way we put products together belong to us. Please do not copy, scrape, or reuse them without asking. Product images and names belong to the brands they come from.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That means no scraping, hacking, disrupting the service, or using it for anything illegal.

Changes

We will update the site and these terms as outft grows. If you keep using the site after we make changes, that means you accept the new version.

Liability

The site is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, outft is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or from the retailers we link to.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any disputes come under the courts of Maharashtra, India.
