Who we are

outft is a fashion discovery platform, founded and run in India. For anything privacy-related, e-mail teamoutft@gmail.com.

• Things you give us: your first and last name, your e-mail, the items you save to your Closet, and your preferences, like the cruelty-free toggle.
• Your password. This is handled securely by our login provider, Clerk. We never see or store your actual password.
• Things collected automatically: basic usage and device information, plus cookies. Our Cookie Policy has the details.

How we use it

We use your information to run your account, save your Closet, remember your preferences, keep the site secure, reply to you, and make outft better.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few trusted providers to run outft:

• Clerk, which handles sign-up, login, and account data.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

Some of these providers are based outside India and may store your data on servers in other countries, like the United States. They only ever use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. That said, no way of storing or sending data over the internet is ever completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal information, or delete your account entirely. Just e-mail teamoutft@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

Children

outft is meant for people aged 13 and up. If you are under 18, you can only use outft and make an account with a parent or guardian's consent, and they are responsible for supervising how you use it. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us their information, let us know and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we remove your personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a fresh date.
